WHAT’S INCLUDED IN

We are the first vendors to arrive on-site. We travel with a fully stocked wedding day emergency kit. We make sure all of your hired vendors arrive on time and know where to setup. We take care of placing all ceremony and reception decor. We are the primary point of contact on site so all questions and calls go through us instead of you.

We provide guest management upon arrival time. Answer any questions about agenda or timeline. We coordinate your ceremony processional, getting your bridal party lined up and prepared to walk down the aisle, ensuring everything begins on time. Once the ceremony begins, we do a final check of the cocktail hour space to make sure everything is set as planned.

We will check on you periodically offering drinks and keeping track of personal belongings. We help your MC stay on time with bridal party entrances, speeches and special dances. We monitor your gifts and cards box and relocate them to a safe, predetermined location at the appropriate time. We handle all clean up, packing, and reloading of decor and personal belongings at the end of the night.
