OWNER & LEAD COORDINATOR

Hi! I'm BreAnn.  I am a dedicated  business owner working out of Lombard, Illinois.  I am a type A planner from the very center of my heart. I love lists, schedules, budgets, and all things organized. Weddings are my passion because they involve so much coordinated detail in every step of the planning process. I love to see my client's vision for their special day come together with every check off the to do list. I have been coordinating weddings since early 2018, but have been networking in the industry for several years before that as well. I love working with all of the gorgeous venues we have here in the suburbs of Chicago and can't wait to get started planning your dream wedding. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT & LEAD COORDINATOR

Hi I'm Lauren. I live in Warrenville with my growing family. I started my hospitality career in the restaurant supply industry learning all of the behind the scenes procedures that make events successful. I started working with Grayter Events as an Assistant Coordinator in 2023 and love the hustle and production that makes our events so flawless. 

My favorite thing about the wedding planning process is creating the spreadsheets and checklists tailored to our clients needs to make their experience as stress free as possible. Seeing all the boxes get checked and the details come together is so exciting. Every event is always so unique and I can't wait to bring your vision to life.

Meghan

EVENT BRANDING & DESIGN SPECIALIST

Hi, I'm Meghan. I live in Wheaton with my husband, dog, and two wild + sweet kiddos. I started creating event details for my friends and family about 4 years ago but I was also creating classroom and school signage years before that. Whether it’s crafting one-of-a-kind details or designing a complete event look, I’m all about making sure everything looks and feels just right. I love bringing ideas to life by creating personalized signs and event branding that set the perfect vibe and make events truly unforgettable. Keeping up with current trends, trying new styles and finding the latest design tricks are just a few things I truly enjoy about this industry. I take pride in collaborating closely with clients, really listening to their vision, and delivering thoughtful, organized designs that capture their unique style and make a lasting impression. Attention to detail on your special day is what truly sets your event apart and ​leaves your guests in awe.

ASSISTANT COORDINATOR

Hi, I'm Kaitlyn. My love for event planning started in college when setting up and decorating for our sorority and charity events. I am the one in my family who organizes birthday parties, showers, and vacations. Making sure all the details come together for these special events brings me so much joy! I joined Grayter Events for the 2024 season and I am so excited to be learning from Bre and continuing my love of event planning. My husband and I are from the Chicago suburbs, got married, and made our home here. This has been an amazing place for us to start our family and I can’t wait to help you do the same. I look forward to working with all of our amazing clients to come and helping you enjoy your special day to the fullest.

Hi, I’m Claire! I believe the wedding planning process is a truly sensational time in a couple’s journey and I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to help make your dreams become a reality. Growing up, I often assisted my dad while he was a DJ at weddings, and that's where my love and passion for the wedding industry blossomed. The experience gave me a unique insight to the behind the scenes magic of these special events. As a people-person, my favorite part of this industry is building connections and relationships with the countless amazing vendors who all come together to make your day as memorable as possible. I thrive on creativity and love diving head first into DIY projects, making social media content, and keeping up with the latest wedding trends. What truly makes wedding coordination and event planning special is seeing our client’s eyes light up on their special day when they see their vision come to life.
