"Month of" Coordinating

  • Monthly Check-ins starting 4 months prior to event
  • Detail planning checklists and Due date reminders
  • Venue walkthrough and Floor Plan Creation meeting 
  • Timeline and Processional Creation
  • Decor Checklist and Finalization Call
  • Ceremony Rehearsal coordination​
  • 12 hours of day-of service including vendor communication and coordination for arrival, set up and start time instruction. Decor set up and clean up. Timeline execution. Vendor payment distribution. Guest Management and any other last minute errands or emergency assistance. 
"Month of" packages start at $1600 and require a $300 deposit to reserve your date on our calendar. All contracts can be adjusted as needed.


"Day of" Coordinating

Includes:
  • Venue Walkthrough Meeting 
  • Timeline and Processional Creation
  • Decor Checklist and Finalization Call​
  • Vendor Management 14 days Prior to event
  • Ceremony Processional Coordination
  • 12 hours of day-of service including vendor communication and coordination for arrival, set up and start time instruction. Decor set up and clean up. Timeline execution. Vendor payment distribution. Guest Management and any other last minute errands or emergency assistance. ​
  "Day of" packages start at $1300 and require a $300 deposit to reserve your date on our calendar. All contractions can be adjusted as needed.

Decor Set up and Clean up

Every bride is going to need something different. You may have all of your planning done and your venue comes with a coordinator . Don't pay for an all inclusive package you don't need. Only hire me for the work you don't want to do and I will take care of it. 
This service is also great for brides hosting smaller parties, Elopements, or Ceremony only.  
   
​       Custom Pricing starting at $650 with a $150 deposit
*This is still a contracted package but does not require a minimum number of hours. You will sign off on all of the work I do. Contact me for further details.
